Exhibitor registration
Exhibitor registration can be accessed through AB SetUp once exhibit sales open. The designated booth contact for each company will receive the login information needed to register exhibitors. All exhibitors staffing the exhibit must be registered. You can make badge name changes by returning to AB SetUp and making the update in the “Attendee” section.
Access to exhibit hall
All exhibitors and company representatives (including vendors) entering the exhibit hall during exhibit and exhibit set-up and dismantle hours must have the appropriate badge. Badges include entry into the following:
- Exhibit hall
- Breakfasts, refreshment breaks, and lunches
- ThoughtSpot Opening Night party on Thursday
- Exhibitor Reception on Friday
- Closing Night party on Saturday
Badge allocation
The number of badges received with booth space is listed below.
- 10’ x 10’ booth on the tradeshow floor – 2 badges per booth
- 10’ x 20’ booth on the tradeshow floor – 4 badges per booth
- 20’ x 20’ peninsula/island on the tradeshow floor – 8 badges per booth
- 20’ x 30’ peninsula/island on the tradeshow floor – 10 badges
- Branded Rx and Generic Rx Manufacturers in the Manufacturer Showcase – 2 badges per exhibition
- Marketplace – 2 badges per exhibition
- Premium Sponsorship Only Exhibitors – Includes (2) complimentary badges for spend over $15k
Additional badges are available for purchase at the rate of $1,000 each and will be billed at the conclusion of the trade show.
Housing
A block of rooms is available for exhibitors at the MGM Grand Hotel. Information on how to secure your accommodations will be included in your attendee confirmation email.
