Manufacturer showcase exhibitor
(for Generic Rx and Brand Rx only)
Branded Rx manufacturers and Generic Rx manufacturers have a unique opportunity to engage with customers in a designated location at the event. It’s called the Manufacturer Showcase and has been our Rx Manufacturers’ primary source of customer interaction for the last several years. Each year, this one-day opportunity is an engaging exhibition space featuring 30-50 of our premier prescription drug manufacturers. This space is your opportunity to engage with customers about your products, the value your services bring to their businesses, and gain new connections with customers.

Marketplace exhibitor
(for sellers on Marketplace)

Exhibit hall floor plan
The exhibit hall floor plan will be available approximately 3 months before the event.
Exhibit space assignments
Exhibition space assignment is determined by ThoughtSpot Show Management. Exhibitors will be notified of placement in May 2025.
ThoughtSpot Show Management reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan at any time and reserves the right to relocate any exhibitors should it become necessary for causes beyond the control of ThoughtSpot Show Management, or advisable in the best interest of the event. The signing of the Exhibit Booth Contract constitutes full agreement with these assignment policies and procedures.

Set up and move in hours are subject to change. All exhibit hall booths must be completely set up by 11:00 am on Thursday, July 17, as the exhibit hall will be closed to exhibitors for private sponsorship activities and a show floor walkthrough.

All exhibit materials, including display, products, samples, and other items must be removed by end of the show. Failure to remove all items from the exhibit space may result in assessed fees to be determined by Show organizers for the removal and disposal of exhibitor materials.
Donating product?
Cencora will partner with a local organization to donate product at the conclusion of the event. If you are interested in donating products, please contact ThoughtSpot Show Management for more information, or visit the Grit exhibitor services desk at ThoughtSpot to confirm your participation and collect labels to use for these items.

Payment terms
Exhibit, sponsorship, and badge fees will be invoiced at the conclusion of the event. Payment can be made via check or credit card. A processing fee will be applied for payments made by credit card.
Exhibit space cancellation
If Exhibitor provides a written cancellation notice to Cencora at least sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the Show (the “Refund Period”), Cencora shall provide a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the applicable fees paid for the Show to Exhibitor. Refunds shall not be granted under any other circumstances. See ThoughtSpot exhibit contract for additional details.
Island/peninsula booth approvals
Island and peninsula booth and overhead sign placement is subject to review and approval by ThoughtSpot Show Management.
All island and peninsula booth exhibitors must submit floor plans with elevation blueprints for review and approval to ThoughtSpot Show Management and Grit Expositions, no later than 60 days prior to the event move-in date.
All rigging requests, including sign height and truss placement, must be submitted for review and approval to Show Management and Grit Expositions, no later than 60 days prior to the event move-in date.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Exhibitor will maintain $5,000,000.00 combined single limit insurance for “Bodily Injury and Property Damage” during the Show and for thirty (30) days before and after the Show and will name AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation, Marriott World Center and GRIT as an additional insured on a certificate of insurance. This certificate shall be provided to Cencora no later than two (2) weeks prior to the Show. Exhibitor will maintain workers’ compensation insurance in accordance with the laws in locations where Exhibitor has employees or operations, and such insurance will include “Other States Coverage” for claims occurring in Nevada during the period before, during and following the Show.
