Tim is the Vice President of Pharmacy Enablement and Performance at Cencora, where he leads a team in the development and implementation of performance strategies that empower pharmacies to thrive. With over 20 years in the pharmacy industry, spanning retail, specialty, and health-system settings, Tim is committed to reducing health disparities and improving patient outcomes.

Previously, as Vice President of Specialty Services at Cencora, Tim led a dedicated team in providing consulting services to health systems, focusing on optimizing pharmacy operations, developing central service centers, and ensuring 340B compliance. His extensive experience includes leadership roles at with national and regional retail pharmacy chains, where he refined his skills in operations management, procurement, team leadership, and strategic planning
 
Tim’s dedication to the pharmacy profession has earned him recognition, including the Next Generation Pharmacist Civic Leader award, Co-Preceptor of the Year, and an ASHP Best Practice Award. He holds a Master of Science in Health Informatics and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration, alongside his credentials as a licensed Registered Pharmacist.
