As Vice President, Program Operations, Lara Knudsen leads the membership administration and operations of Good Neighbor Pharmacy and Elevate Provider Network at Cencora - a network of 5,000 community retail pharmacies. In addition to operational excellence, Lara has a strong passion for creating a best-in-class member experience and ensuring program relevance in the independent pharmacy community. She also has the pleasure of managing the national advisory boards for Good Neighbor Pharmacy and Elevate Provider Network.

Lara has over 20 years of experience and successive growth in the healthcare and financial services industries. Prior to her current position, she served as the Sr. Director, Member Services and Director, Customer Onboarding forGood Neighbor Pharmacy.  Before joining Cencora, she held roles in sales, operations, and marketing in the financial services industry.

Lara has her Executive MBA from Villanova University and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Business Management from Gettysburg College.

She was raised in a family of a small business owner, and it is an upbringing that drives her passions today.
